LATEST NEWS:

WHO WE ARE?

We are a small friendly scuba diving club based in Putney, South-West London. We are a branch of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC). Founded in 1972, we have gone from strength to strength. Today we have a unique blend of new and experienced divers, younger and, er, more mature members. We are all keen to dive at every opportunity. We dive regularly around the UK and usually go overseas a few times per year as well.
WHY JOIN US?

We are a dive club, not a business, and welcome divers already trained with any of the recognised agencies (PADI etc.). By joining Putney BSAC you enjoy:
  • Membership of BSAC
  • Free (well nearly) training. New comers, see our virtual try dive;
  • Varied diving in the UK and abroad
  • Use of the club’s boat, "London Pride".
  • Social events throughout the year.

MEETING US

Pool training and lectures take place on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 at Putney Leisure Centre.

Afterwards the club gathers at The Bricklayer's Arms pub, 32 Waterman Street, Putney from about 9.00 pm on Tuesday nights. Get in touch so we know to expect you by sending us an e-mail.

COMING NEXT

Next trip out will be Plymouth on 17th and 18th May. All interested, contact Steve G.

Don't forget the regular meal on the last Thursday of the month: details of the next one to come.

Experience narcosis in the comfort & safety of a deco chamber. Come for a dry dive at the LDC on 15th May. Contact Monica if interested.
