The club committee is selected by the everyone to get it done.  This is democracy writ small.  We have the annual general meeting to: \n1) have a laugh\, and by the by to\n2) hear a report from each of this year’s committee and\n3) select next year’s committe and\n4) decide the annual awards for\n– best photograph\,\n– biggest foul-up\,\n– best (however decided) diver\,\n– best contribution to the club.

Please come armed with your dive trip ideas and a thirst for diving. \nIf you have never planned a dive trip before\, we are happy to help and guide you. \nThe broad steps are: \n\n\nDecide on a location and hard boat and make inquiries as to availability\nCheck the tides the weekend you want to book (we can help with this if needed)\nSend out a email to the club to get people signed up and take deposits\nConfirm the boat booking\nBook accommodation\nPray the weather is good 🙂\n\nIt would be great if we can get as many members at the dive planning meeting as possible as its your opportunity to make sure that we have the dives you want to do next year.
